Ah, I should have been more precise. Imagine that it had been lying on the side of the road, so close to you that you could almost have accidentally stepped on it, and that you have already picked it up and put it in your pocket.

I would have given half to MontyMoose and kept the rest for a nice bottle of red....yes red wine (Merlot I think).

That would be a good idea if it were the right time of the year to buy rhubarb (it's often difficult to find here even during the season), if I didn't already have some rhubarb in the freezer, and if my colleague hadn't promised me some more that she has in her freezer so that I can invite her for rhubarb pudding.
