I guess I am somewhat of a Tarantino fan. I like the ones you mentioned as well as Resevoir Dogs but some of his fall flat for me. The Kill Bill stuff I am not thrilled with. 6 degrees of Brando would be pretty tough but I think a lot could be tied into the GodFather. Most of the great actors I think of our current era came from that movie or a connection to that movie. What do you think?
I more or less feel the same way about Tarantino. The Godfather though, wow, that is easily the best acted movie in the history of cinema, but it's watching those two movies that made me really wonder about how much I liked Pacino. In the first movie, I was watching for Brando, not Pacino, and in the second one I was watching for De Niro, not Pacino, lol. What this has to do with Kevin Bacon I don't know though. 😕 Maybe he'll be in the adaptation for The Godfather Returns.

I agree with you about GF I but I actually think I like GF II better slightly. I think Vito's story was so interesting. I think Pacino is a bit overrated as an actor but GF I and II and Dog Day Afternoon are my favorite movies of his. We can only pray there isn't another Godfather movie with or without Kevin Bacon. I can't even get through half of Godfather III and I own it. 🙂

Well I bought the book from Wal-mart about a week ago and haven't gotten around to reading it yet, but I could bet you my bankroll that it'll made into a movie eventually. I hope they at least bring in Francis Ford Coppola to write/direct it, but after the disgrace that was The Godfather lll, he may be done with it, lol.

I was gunna mention Dog Day Afternoon, yeah. That is by far his best performance and I never really respected him as much as other great actors until I saw him in that. You can't really go wrong with Sidney Lumet! 😉
