I'm with moonbus, no alarm clock.
I suspect sleeping with moonbus there's no need for an alarm clock.

Rarely get to bed before 11pm then up by 8 for my dog. Camomile tea gets me off and I play one of those long health blogs on a closed iPad on the pillow next to me, resetting it each time I wake through the night. I hear about 2 minutes of it then I’m gone 😴

I hear it’s cold out your way…maybe a bit of that, “parents night games” may generate some much needed warmth.🤔👍

-30 with wind chill -35 yesterday, I didn't even go out for my daily brew and her hot chocolate. We found a great way to stay warm though. 🙂 That is all I am going to say on that one. 🙂
