I think it means, in your own words, what constitutes a contribution to these forums.

What does that mean? Well, I guess that depends on how one defines contribution. Do we want quantity or quality? Trivial? Mundane? Pop culture subjects? Our motives challenged? Our psyche's analyzed or diagnosed? Or how about how to instructions on how to sabotage a thread topic in one post? 😉

My contribution? Posting. Starting threads. Interacting with different people. Different topics. Chatting to people in games. Playing people who have just joined. These kinds of things.
