Perhaps have less “Kardashians” as friends and utilise the platform as a family and proper friends forum which it’s supposed to be?

I find Facebook very useful but I keep my connections there to a minimum.

I think you’re a smart guy that does stupid things. You outwit yourself regularly. You then tell everyone about it and act surprised when you take $hit for it.
