I agree, we could improve the way this is currently managed. Reminders are sent out by 2co.com when a billing fails though, and we only remove the subs where the billing failed.

If the email you used when you placed the order is no longer in use, you will fail to get those reminders.

Thanks Russ, I have changed my email since I first subscribed also, so that probably had something to do with it as well, I didn't even think of that.. Again, not angry, was just curious. A PM may be a good addition, but not a big deal.
