This is so wrong. Ads, restrictions, sub only written everywhere. Some kind of warning would have been nice so I could have figured out what the heck is wrong. Otherwise I just may remove your patronage until you contact me with the right details. I don't care if you have been with me for 30 years, if I can't get payment I am withdrawing the service - you get nothing for nothing.

I agree, we could improve the way this is currently managed. Reminders are sent out by 2co.com when a billing fails though, and we only remove the subs where the billing failed.
If the email you used when you placed the order is no longer in use, you will fail to get those reminders.
