You would have to ask rubberjaw that, rubberjaw might think that he merely picked only a "dumb" name, or other reasons altogether might apply here.

Depends on many many factors, but living a real life now has alot to do with it.

First one must accurately and knowingly define what you may mean by your sense of thinking. Is it absolute, is it undefinable, or is it subject to change..but more importantly, what is important and what holds real meaning for you. If merely existing in the moment without positive influences and good energy is your idea of existing, and with some "random" or quasi-random, dull and repetitive thought processes on top, without any real insight or knowledge, almost predictable, is your definition for thinking, they you may not even be thinking in the sense that others may be thinking. So in that sense it may be a nonsensical question, but the opposite might also be true, depends on your point of view.
