The post that was quoted here has been removedHow hard can it be? Usually, not hard enough. 😞
Walk up on the left my ass. There's no reason you need to get past me on an escalator. Can your ADHD self possibly stand still for the 20 secs it takes? Or do you have some sort of Alpha Male disease that compels you to be first off the escalator? The same disease that makes you peel out at a green light so that you can wait the maximum time at the next red?
Listen to me. I'm trying to talk sense with a citizen of a country that tries to cram twice the population of California into a space half the size of California. I guess you have to keep moving, huh? Not enough room for everyone to stand still at the same time. 😛

Do you know how many pensioners use a given post office? Do you really think all of them stare into the "telly" all day like your grandmother?
If someone is there at that time, it's because it's the most convenient time for them. Simple.
A pensioner has much more time on their hands to plan ahead and usually doesn't
have as urgent a business as those gainfully employed.
This is typical of your arguments Palonka, concentrating on the pedantic and throwing
truth to the wind.
Always nice to meet a closet troll.

Pensioners have all right to be there at lunch hour. If they have something to do in the morning and afternoon it's their business. I know plenty of pensioners who do many activities.
Originally posted by PalynkaAlso, the post office may not be very close to their home, so they may choose to go to the post office on the way from or to their reading circle, language class, violin lesson or whatever activities may be on their schedule, even if that may mean a bit more waiting time because they can't choose the most convenient time.
