while i learned how to play chess first, backgammn has been my game for quite some time. however i find myself becoming increasingly frustrated with the luck factor. i dont mind losing and i accept that i will occasionally make a mistake. however it really is starting to get to me , that i find myself losing to someone rated 200 to 300 points lower than myself all because of "luck". i know its a dice game and there will be a certain amount of luck involved, however right now im just fed up with it and going back to chess. when i win it will because i played better than my opponent not because i got better rolls.
