Oh, it isn't now, but BBC articles are like Pikiwedia pages: you cannot rely on what is there now being the same as what it was an hour ago. When I read it first, the threats of flooding were dire. Now, even the BBC has noticed that the Europe-wide disaster has not happened, and the page has been altered.
