So if the leader of the band shows his genitals, you rate it the best band experience?

Don't you like genitalspotting?

hi Lundos... yes, they did recently cancel their Malaysia/Singapore (if I'm not mistaken) gigs due to family problems but European/UK shows are still on and happening

here you go : Beta, Copenhagen, Denmark. Apr 7 2010

p.s.
they're loud and noisy, mind you. Miles away from Dave Matthews 😉
Sadly that day there's the General Assembly for my home-owner association, which I cannot miss since I'm the chairman.

Most of my ex-gf's have found DMB loud and noisy. 😉 Anyway, I don't mind.

Um, yeah, but what's your point?

My best band experience was Blue Oyster Cult on the beach here in Lauderdale, 4th of July in 1995. They played until the waves washed over, and then some!

You're the one asking, not me.

What's your point?

They use liquid nitrogen for that.

The other day I had the pleasure of seeing Dave Matthews Band for the first time live, and I must admit that they blew my mind. By far the best live performance I've seen (and I've seen a lot). I was wondering what other bands should be seen live? What are your favorites?
The Zappa Plays Zappa show was amazing!

I've seen Zappa Plays Zappa live, and while the music is great, they didn't impress me that much. Of course there were something wrong with one of the guitars and they had to stop concert and fix the problem. Kind of a mood killer.

I liked Local H. Saw them in the mid 90's.

Was BLOWN away to find it was 2 guys.... One guy on guitar with bass pick-up singing, the other guy on drums.

Sounded like a full band. Foo is another favorite of mine.

Foo Fighters played for almost 3 hours when I saw them. That's getting your money's worth. And they didn't sound like garbage like a lot of bands do live.

I really never mind a band sounding 'bad'. I call that sounding 'live'.

Pink Floyd sounded good. Too good? When I see a band live I don't want their songs to sound 'studio'.

I agree, but seeing a band with a great album with no stage presence is terrible

And also, all bands aren't bad live
