I have a condition called Raynauds that affects the flow of blood through blood vessels. (Mostly in fingers, toes and ears). - There are worse conditions out there, but it often leaves my hands and ears riddled with chilblains. For many people its the cold that triggers the problem, but for me it's going from the cold into a hot environment.
