That's not the reason this user(s) was removed... but giving cheats 'lessons' is always a bad idea. Any hints we give cheats is just one more advantage they have.

Im quite sure that he/she did just have the 3 either. As im sure many others do too.

Can you not build a database of all the user (yes, I know it would take an eternity) but if it was automatically picked up once a new member joins and there IP adress determined to see if it is a duplicate?

I know there maybe some people using the same machine but it could cut down on certain people no?
