That sounds close.

Cut the bread and brush it with olive oil, then toast it lightly.

Cut up some tomatoes with garlic and oregano. You can pretty much add anything else you like.

Bruschetta is the BEST!

Erm... the cheapest copy was £0.72 +p&p, but fair play, you won't regret the book. I can't recall if it as a Bruschetta recipe though.

I'm making it again tonight, cept with more pepper, less garlic, and white wine vinegar instead of Blasamic (i love it, but it just doesn't seem to fit).

Some retailers probably screw you on the postage, and then possibly might sell all your personal details to identity fraud rings for a hefty profit.
