Yesterday, I was eating an apple at my desk, while I pretended to work and check my RHP games at the same time...when suddenly I felt a wave of nausea hit me. At first, I could not deduce what it was that was causing the discomfort, and then I slowly looked down at the half-eaten red apple in my hand.
I wondered…was it possible that an apple had caused me to become sick? I thought hard about it, and even asked a few friends. I actually had somebody tell me that sometimes apples make their stomach hurt, for no reason at all.
Holy crap! That means it wasn’t in my head! Then I started to wonder if this is a universal thing? Does this happen to a lot of people? If so, does anybody know WHY it happens?
Has eating an apple ever made you sick?

If the workers who picked/processed the fruit didn't wash their hands after eeking out a warhead there could be lots of other nasties on there too . Like E-coli , hepatitus , etc .

Well, I washed it and I didn't leave it unattended at my desk, thank goodness.
I guess it was just one of those random, strange things. I think I'll shy away from apples for a few days, just in case.
He said , "Could be . I had 3 hotdogs with sour kraut , 2 boxes of popcorn , 3 beers , 2 sodas , some cotton candy and an apple . It must have been the apple ."

Wasn't it Cinderella that got sick from eating an apple? Dude, if I were you, I wouldn't leave any food or drink out while you are not at your desk. Maybe your boss isn't happy with the fact that your playing chess and not working...
