I think the welsh are the only celts who still have a native language that is spoken daily with any numbers.
Union poured lots of money into keeping Gaelic alive, here in Scotland we have our
own TV station, BBC Alba, i watch it to see if i can pick up any smatterings ( i did
attend Gaelic classes when i was younger) but i find i end up reading the subtitles. I
often watch the football (soccer with Gaelic commentary), its mostly spoken on the
Scottish Islands, Lewis and Harris, the Hebrides etc.
