The changes are usually slight, and that's good; otherwise we would be too vulnerable to malicious actors.

Indeed, the daily change is small, but can amount to large chnages in sum.

What stays in memeory are the big ones (even if it was only the decision, without any noticable chaneg in action).

"We are the total of our choices" - when we look back we see what were the crucial ones, perhaps not so significant at the time.
