Does anyone have a good recipe?
4 parts BBQ Sauce
5 parts Standard Yellow Mustard
2 parts Frank's Red Hot Sauce
6 parts Beer.
First, drink some of the beer.
Mix your BBQ, Yellow Mustard, and Frank's Red Hot.
Drink some beer.
Have the grill running, cleaned (optional) and lay tinfoil down.
Drink some beer.
Toss pork on grill, around 350f. Lather with 'the sauce'.
Drink some beer.
Flip often, lather each side as you flip.
Drink some beer.
Eat pork. Leave the rest on the grill for a couple days, this makes cleanup simple and easy.

Glad the wife oven-heated the Philly Cheese Steaks for us later in the afternoon.
Cleaning Sunday evening there were 3 chops left on the tinfoil that easily folded into its own 'easy to handle' tinfoil trash container.

I think I'll make a batch tonight and take pictures. Unlike Rags, I photograph foods and NOT hands. (unless the hands are mixing or eating foods.)
Ok, got some stuff in the crock pot today to see how it works out.
2 chicken breast - just a note, chickens have really large breasts for their size.
1 can of black beans
some chicken stock
a bunch of tomatoes from the garden, peeled and diced up.
1 can of corn
some cilantro
possibly a can of enchhilada sauce, we'll see how it tasts at around 4:00.
🙂
