A metaphor is both a paradoxical and demanding goddess. I wouldn't want to have met a for a coffee unless I'd already had it before hand.

Can you see the vortex in the time-space continuum, slowly opening up,
caused by this thought process?

Not really. It's more a feeling that everything was heavy going rather than unclear.

Some years ago I feasted coffee during lent. And it made no difference to my waking state or my bowel movements.
But that could be due to the fact that I like my coffee weak, so that it tastes different than just bitter (and neither milk nor sugar for me please).

Weak as in watered down?

Not exactly, I only water down coffee that I am served with. If I prepare the coffee myself I use not so much coffee powder to begin with.

However, I've been running an experiment for the last couple of

same. Today I'm starting the morning tea phase of the experiment. If the
results are ...[text shortened]... 're unto something.

If you've ever watched vintage Hollywood Westerns, War Movies, detective Stories, coffee is comfort, survival, warmth, preps the tummy for food.

Never touch the stuff myself.

No coffee for me. Can't stand the stuff.

Tea. Just tea. Sometimes redbush tea, but definitely tea.
