I am merely testing the waters to see what your opinion is with regards to RHP being
down.
I mean, we're paying for a service, that service being a functioning chess site.
Now if that service isn't available we shouldn't have to pay for those days.
Does anyone agree?
Granted it's not much money...it's more of the principle.

What about the timebank compensation?
Did that go into effect? I noticed that I'm now in time trouble in a bunch of games, so I expect that hasn't been compensated yet?

I don't mind it being down because I assume and trust that it was necessary. What I don't like is that everyone on the move when it went down got 2 days added to their timebank. So, just because it wasn't my turn to move, I am being penalized. Now many of my opponents have more time in their timebank than they did when the game started. That is not fair. OK, give them a break, but not so much that they in effect started the game with more time on their clocks that I have.

Not happy, there are plenty of other sites to spend your money on.
Just hope they don't invoke section 13 on you.
What will you be wanting next. A cheaper rate because you only use the site a few hours per week.
