This is a good tool: http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html
It's kind of a tune up tool, all in one. I use it every day before I open my browser. Keeps everything polished up, and running smooth. I highly recommend it.
You can thank me latter.

And you are right, I assumed that Malwarebites would probably take care of the issues. Or he has a problem with his memory being to low. But my suggestion can also help in some cases because it has a game booster that can help to increase his ram by manually switching some unnecessary programs running in the background off. Plus it has some other nice features to help defrag, clean cache, remove some spyware help to optimize Internet setting and browser settings and clean the registry. Along with many other functions. It is worth the download.
I never claimed it would fix all his problems, but you just never know unless you try it. I know it has helped me.
If he doesn't want to try it, it's no skin off my back. 35 million users can't be wrong.

I downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware for Malware and ran a full scan (took a couple of hours). The problem hasn't reoccurred since.

Just another suggestion. Check into a registry repair program. Getting a free full use one is a challenge.

Well, that lasted a few days; now it's happening every ten minutes or so.
or adblock
and see if the problem persists.Originally posted by cadwahIt seems to happen exclusively on RHP, as far as I can tell. I just downloaded Cashy's suggestion; maybe that'll it help.

Ha-Ha about the subscribing.
Originally posted by no1marauderIf it is exclusively on RHP then it is more likely to be a browser issue than an issue with your computer, have you tried viewing RHP in a different browser? does the problem still persist? try firefox and if you don't want to subscribe use adblock temporarily to see if that cures the issues. if not manuallly make sure that your flash/jave are all updated to the latest editions. Is your firewall blocking where the adverts are being served from?

Windows Vista
IE 7 (?)
Don't tell me to switch to another browser, please.
