Agree to meet your stalker in a public place.
Take your friend along who will act as your girlfriend for the day. She can be waiting 30 yards away from you, sitting on a park bench.
When your stalker meets you, your friend then approaches, introduces herself as your new girlfriend that you met through the dating agency and tells your stalker in no uncertain terms to take a running jump off the nearest cliff.
The direct Eff off approach is always the best. Even better when the Eff off of coming from a new girlfriend.

Ok, I did the same sorta thing you did about about 20 yrs ago. Met some of the worst people in the world. 🙁 Not saying that everyone who joins a dating service is an undesirable, mind you, it's just that there are a lot of people who join because they can't form a normal relationship.
So, if you are going to use a dating service then you must follow some rules to protect yourself. One of those rules would be to meet the person before you give out confidential information. Once you give that information out you're fuked if you want out.
Do you understand? You are meeting aggressive people who won't take "No" for an answer! People who have a problem with relationships; and suddenly have 24 hours a day on their hands to do nothing but stalk you!
Your only option is to change your phone number. Feel lucky, others have had to move to a different house or city! 😲
