Divulging private message contents at public forums is not specifically mentioned in the ToS. However, there is an unwritten codex of forum etiquette, which I summarize here (not exhaustive):

1. Private messages are not to be shared in public forums. "Private" means private.

2. People not to be attacked, lambasted, taunted, or insulted in public forums include (not exhaustive):

2a. family members who are not themselves RHP members and can't reply here;
2b. addicts and former addicts, alcoholics and dry alcoholics--on account of their substance abuse issues;
2c. prisoners and former-prisoners--on account of their criminal records;
2d. the handicapped, whether mental or physical, including people on the autism/asperger spectrum--on account of their handicap;
2e. players whose ratings are below one's own--on account of ratings.

3. Fair game are hypocrites, especially self-righteous religious hypocrites and 'moral-high-ground' hypocrites.
