Be sure to tell your future employer you will kiss his butt at all times, shine his shoes and keep his urinal spotless. Why would anyone go through this degrading process only to work for The Man. Why not simply start your own business and earn as much or little as you wish. It's easier than you might think. Come to the US. The gov't will help you start a business. Give you grants or low interset loans and business advice. Shove the CV and stand on your own.

Wow. Next they won't allow anymore to ask about your education. And I thought the Germans were quite extreme when it comes to privacy protection.

Don't forget to list all of your tattoos.
Especially the one that says "I love < name of the company >", and the one that says "Ora et labora".

If the way you look makes it difficult for everyone, rendering the interview pointless and "unreal" before it has begun, then the employers are clearly prejudice.

Jobs shouild be given based on people's ability to do the job better than the other candidates. Any other system is unfair, and giving/not giving a job to someone based on the way they look is outrageous.

Have you thaught about this recently? Perhaps you are so desensitised to this prejudice and discrimination from seeing it every day that you no longer see it.
