Our list of non-aggression pacts appear to be tailored to each realm. We have no way of knowing who the bots are at this point.

We're not close enough that I think it will have any undo effect on the play of the game. I would let it go if I were you.
And I will try to abide by the spirit of the rule as much as is possible.

It appears the old site and its games are back up with a new name and new management.http://www.lords-of-conquest.com/
Galactic Warlords was a fun game that they had discontinued; it's based on the Star Trek series (not just the original but includes species from even DS9 and Voyager). A bit easier to play; there's no "armies" to transport just space fleets. I kicked a** as the Ferengi about the same time we were playing our first MD here. Think I'll sign up.
