when I was in the Marines it was the drug of choice, because it did not show up on a piss test.😏

Dr Hofmann, Timothy Leary, and Hunter S. Thomas. All gone. All legends. Rest in peace.

Someone didn't do their research...

He never heard of Albert Hoffman? I'd be too embarrassed to own up to that kind of ignorance.

No. You're not. YOU can only be cool if you cut yourself. Get crackin'.

I though it was Timothy Leary that invented it.

Please tell me you're joking. Leary wasn't even a chemist, he had nothing to do with it, and was a kid in 1938 when Hoffman first made LSD.

Yeah, me too, when I was in the Air Force flying B-52's we all liked acid because it didn't show up on surprise urine tests that SAC crewmen had to take since we worked with nuclear weapons. 🙄😲😀

And then the acid wore off and you realised you were never in the Air Force, but in fact taught maths for a living in a small town were the ratio of men to women is freakishly high and the only entertainment is flicking beer caps into a bucket.

I just listened to his obituary on the BBC. They used interview material from the documentary i posted earlier AND TOTALLY MISS REPRESENTED IT!! They literally cut out everything he had to say, focusing simply on his 'bad trip' after ingesting 1/4 milligram of LSD. For those who aren't aware, 1/4 of a milligram is enough to take out most of RHP in one go!! I am disgusted!! While LSD can be seriously unpleasant if used incorrectly (as in this case) Hoffman was a champion of it's positive effects! BBC a champion of fair reporting my arse!

you sound surprised that the bbc would avoid accusations of encouraging drug use ? the bbc is about as impartial as a horny dog at a Miss Lovely Legs competition 😛
