100% on both quizes. Total time approx. 7.5 minutes.
I only found the quiz relatively easy because I am a native american (born in the U.S.A.)who has lived in five different states on both coasts and know at least one person from every state.
It certainly sped up the process by having only 4 state capitols as choices, instead of 4 cities from each state as you suggested. Still it was fun to do.
90% on states, 94% on capitals. This is because I lived in the states for a few years as a little boy, and when we left we took a driving trip around the country, where my elder sister and I used to memorize the state capitals and highest points (favourite: 'unknown'😉 from a Rand McNally road atlas while our parents drove endlessly on. Still , I wouldn't be able to tell you one highest point now, after all this was over 20 years ago 🙄
I think it would be easier to learn if after getting your score you got to try again on the ones you got wrong - this is how most e-learning programs seem to operate.
