As said it's apparently a firefox issue.

Yes and this may be one reason why.
honest, I hadn't even thought about it until Bad wolf mentioned it. A
simple CSS rule is all that's needed to remove it:
a { outline:none;}
But you're wise not to upgrade until minor version 1 or 2. I need the
latest browser version due to my work, but if you don't actually need it...
