Only like Countdown in that it's a popular TV game show (my original post indicated that, I believe) - the formats are completely different.

Actaully, I haven't seen the show - as far as I know it's not on in the states. My only point of reference is to the links that Ragnorak posted when he was doing the Countdown show in this forum.
