"That's everything we have available, if there are items we are not able to provide you'll need to clean up the old ones or find replacements".
What they hear:
"Yes, this is EVERYTHING".
Could be bad communication skills on your part!
Blaming the customer will never make it an easy job.
They are going to say you don't deliver, word of mouth can hurt a business, and you should be aware of that FACT!

The best is a customer who says "So this is everything I need" and I tell them again "NO" and clearly explain it again. Imagine a guy who goes to a lumber yard and says "give me this many nails, this many planks of wood, this many shingles... And is that EVERTHING I need to build my house?"
A professional wouldn't do that, an idiot might.
