They are vampiric, that goes without saying really. I believe people have the right to do whatever the hell they like, just so long as that in doing so, they don't infringe on the rights of others to do the same. I think drugs can teach us a lot of things and people have a right to explore these things
so long as it's not to the detriment of others. Dealers clearly put their financial situation before the welfare of others! Now if they were giving those drugs freely, THAT would be different!!
