There was nothing to 'take out of context'. He abused the forum system and an admin decided he didn't want that user on his site anymore.

It is right to assume anyway, if they dont want people from the outside world to see what goes on there then there must be something to hide. I am not saying there are any genocies going on there (kind of hard to cover up these days) but I have met some chinese and they always seem to have done better for themselves from coming to England.
