Dear People Living In New Orleans,

Move to Canada. We have no hurricanes. At worst we gat a few tornadoes a year, but there a lot of space for it to hit, so it rarely hits civilized society. Just brings your toques and mittens, cause it gets kinda cold.

It appears Katrina weakened to a category 4 hurricane before making landfall and veered slightly eastward from New Orleans. The doomsday scenario was averted, but still plenty of damage.
