Isn't it Edinburgh the most famous town in Scotland? What are the other important cities? Is the food the same in all of them or does it depend on the region?
Scotland was never a rich country, so the food is mostly simple. Stovies, mince and tatties, porridge and the likes. Our Salmon is world famous though.
