I've been trained in Taekwondo, but have had almost no practice. TKD isn't the most practical fighting style anyway.

My brother use to teach Tae kwon do. I think it is more of a defence than an attacking martial art. I use look at all the gear they wore, kind of like gladiator ready for battle, with the chest protector and headgear, etc.... But I guess it is better than not having no training at all for sure.

It's more of a sports style, But Dan Inasanto tore the style apart, to the point where he said only 7 techniques are worthy of use on the street.

That being said, none of us are Dan Inasanto, and any training is better than none. If you're good at your discipline, and have the drive to survive.....😛
