I don't know if the Eagles will win the game, but I'd take the points, too. I see the game being decided by a field goal either way.
Momentum is often an under rated factor in NFL outcomes. Right now Eagles ^... and Giants v. Giants may have peaked too soon. πŸ˜‰

By the way, on my weekly foraging mission to Walmart today picked up a new item, "Frank's Red Hot Sauce Buffalo Chicken Pizza" for NFL.

Good point about the momentum. But I still can't shake the possibility of Andy Reid wanting to call 50 pass plays in a cold and windy Meadowlands.

Here's an interesting bit of trivia regarding the San Diego/Pittsburgh game for you:

SD is 0-13 all-time when playing in Pittsburgh during the regular season. But they're 2-0 there in the playoffs. I'm taking SD in the upset. πŸ˜‰

Let me know if the pizza lives up to its name. πŸ™‚

Please don't hate me for this... but I took all four underdogs, hoping to get three points with the spreads. That kind of a year, like the Pats in 2008.

Heck, no! Sounds like a smart move to me. The only game that should be more lopsided than seven is the Carolina/Arizona game. I like Philly and SD with the points. And I like the Ravens to win outright.

Ravens would be my secret choice to win all the marbles. Only little problem, though, is that I'm not quite sure who might come in second.

Three out of four... Pizza was really tasty. Must admit I did doctor it up prior to cooking with diced roasted peppers and sundried tomatoes.

My longest, best and only friend is my amazing wife.

We did have sex once, but she denys it......in fairness she may have been asleep.

EDIT: Only 'true' friend imo.

Good calls, GB. I went 2-2, so I was only out the vig. SD's second half fold did me in.

Taking both favorites this weekend... Phil to cover 3.5 against Ariz, Balt to cover 6.5 (I hope) against Pitt. Superbowl Winner Ranking:

#1 Phil, #2 Balt, #3 Pitt, #4 Ariz. As a note of interest, I track team over/under performance versus the weekly spreads. Season to date:

Balt +158, Phil +85, Pit +75.5, Ariz +6... and Detroit -142, Stls -97, Denv -95, Dallas -79, KC -79 (Patriots +48, Giants +46.5). -gb πŸ˜‰

Correction, Fleabitten: "Taking both favorites... " misinformed earlier this morning. Selected Balt believing they were favored 6.5 over Pitt...

hence my "(I hope)". Just learned Balt is the underdog. Whew. What a pleasant surprise. Presence of bleu cheese made the pizza distinctive.
