@very-musty saidNo. The programme is a pre-produced audio file broadcast twice a week and then made available at places like Spotify and Mixcloud. There is nobody in the studio when it is being aired.
Can I call in during the podcast?
@very-musty saidMaybe it's time to pack it in and give up on this battle, Musty.
How unfortunate...
It seems RHP General, like it or not, is doomed to become a fansite for this podcast.
@kevin-eleven saidHave you enjoyed the editions of the programme you've listened to?

@kevin-eleven saidI'll take that "banter"-counter question as a "no".
Did you enjoy being referred to as the last snake to leave Ireland?
@very-musty saidIf you listened to the show, you'd realize there is no on-air interaction with the listeners or talkback element. It is not a "live" show in that way. You can contact the show via its Facebook page if you feel the need. That would be the equivalent of 'calling in'.
How unfortunate...
Calling all current writers and future writers of BBBOO: if you get upset by something that happens here on these forums, and then something irritates you about the show, don't send a letter to the radio station behind the producer's back that is so histrionic and paranoid that it can only have been an attempt to sabotage the show altogether - and maybe all the shows being made by those people - just contact me and I will remove whatever it is that is irritating you.
@fmf saidMore sensibly still, seek permission in advance and don't broadcast without it.
More sensibly, the writers can just contact me, by WhatsApp, e-mail or here at RHP by PM if there is anything about the production they are not happy with. I will simply make the requested change immediately and send a new version of the file in question to the station manager.
@fmf saidAlso be aware, if you irritate FMF on this site he will immediately mock your real name on live radio without your knowledge or permission and totally ignore any emails or notifications you send him. When he gets in trouble with the radio station for doing this, he will then seek permission from other contributors to make spoonerisms out of their names and make out this was the practice all along.

@indonesia-phil saidWell said, Bill Foast!
No, it's because the show isn't just about the words, it's also about the music, oration, presentation and such. The words are important, of course, but there's a lot more to it than that.
