$1.39 (AUS) per litre. It went up 40c in two weeks.

On another note, watch the price of LPG (GAS) rise even though it has nothing to do with oil and everything to do with sneaky petrol station companies.

I reckon this price rise is great. Less cars on the road, less pollution and more people getting fitter and healthier. Maybe Americans will reduce their weight and stop buying those rediculous oversized small-penis = big-car, SUV's.

It is, however, really cool seeing a completely silent car pull away from you.

Aren't electric cars/hybrids overrated anyway? They reduce the pollution released by burning petrol in the car itself, but where do you think all that electricity comes from?
