At least you have admitted it and have resolved the problem. There
are a lot more than you winning games this way. I don't get the point
of it to start with. I like to play chess not watch a computer play
someone else or another computer. If someone cheats only for the
rating, again what's the point. It's won't be your true rating and will be
totally meaningless? Cheating just seems so pointless! IMHO
You admitted it, so start again and learn something by playing
yourself! There are certainly people using chessprograms, but
cheaters can be found everywhere (I don't call you a cheater); in a
certain way, it's even better not to have any rating system at all (I
play on another site to, where it doesn't exist); but then again, you'll
find some pathetic guys who would be "proud" of showing impressive
stats.. I really don't understand what satisfaction you can get by not
playing yourself! Anyone can buy Fritz 6 for example, and will even win
against a lot of grandmasters, but what's the point??

He has posted links to his official chess rating in the past, it is 1800+. His post from 4 years ago did not state how or the extent to which he had used a computer for aid in some games, only that he had used one to his advantege. Maybe he was just running through some end game options, or some mid game exchange variations?
I think it is rather unfair to bring up a post from that far back in RHP's history and bash someone with it, particually when they delt with the issue back then. Boby Fisher had been a memeber of this site since 2001 and sat in the top 20 on this site for a long time, maybe it is better to respect that?
Your post insinuates he is still cheating, this is against the TOS of this site
