I've heard loads of reports about the interwebz and google in particular over the last few days. Personally I think we've finally come to critical mass and the interwebz are about to crumple under their own weight. Civilization as we know it is days from falling.

well my 'report' should be erased from your list tho. Its not about google, my firefox is f*ed. Google was working fine in IE.

Do you mean the look of the text is nicer in IE?

If so then it is probably because you switched on ClearType when you installed IE7

if you switch it on for the entire of windows instead of just IE then FF looks nice too

To turn on ClearType (in XP)
Open your Display Properties (right click the desktop and select Properties)

Click the "Appearance" tab along the top

Click the "Effects" button

Click the second checkbox and select ClearType from the droplist

Save and Apply
