When I was a kid, my sister had a hamster that one day escaped and found a hole in the floor and lived under the floor for a while. Since hamsters are mostly active at night, my siblings did night shifts at the hole, putting some food close to it in the hope that the hamster would come out to get it. I think they did that for at least two nights. They didn't ...[text shortened]... gone. Eventually my sister caught the hamster in her sleep when it had climbed up into her bed!

The hamster is nowhere in sight. He disappeared. I can't herd him anywhere. I will try a trap with food.
I found a site that says to take a bucket, put his food in the bottom and place normal side up. Then, place a plank of some kind from floor to top of bucket lid, in order for the hamster to walk up and then, PLOP, he falls into the bucket and is trapped. I will try this.
YOU ARE ALL USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
