The cell phone is in the front seat of the car, wedged between the seat and the back of the seat. The wallet is there too, further down.

So, I've already looked in every likely place (twice). Now I'm looking in impossible places, like the freezer. Once that fails I'll probably do the insane thing of re-looking in the likely places again, as if some miracle occured.
