Did you try log out and log back in? Using case sensitive.
Also, right next to "My Home" on the left, there's an icon of a black house, did you try clicking on it? I don't know if it's relevant but it's worth a try.

It is very strange! Did you try disabling your antivirus? Not very safe, but just to see if it has anything to do with it. If your computer is Dell it probably came with "Trend" or something like that. I found it to be a very intrusive antivirus program, so I changed it.
Anyway I read a post that said the following:
I found a way around it now. If I press control and shift together, that opens another tab on IE. I close the tab and click back onto RedHotChess and then it lets me click onto any of the options of the red toolbar. Sure it's not meant to be like this though.

If not them maybe your browser or an add on to the browser is causing the problem and you need to get a fresh installation or update of your browser.

If the same thing is happening with a different web browser then we can eliminate the problem being with your browser and start looking elsewhere for the issue.
