Huh? This has been done before except perhaps some added or subtracted words in the title.....and yes, we DID in fact notice the double entendre. These movies are rarely any good or very original.
I was thinking, most of the movies that have been done have usually got some streight characters in and only one or two proper stoners - I was going to make a unique film in that every single character is high for the entire movie, even the actors would be high while doing their lines (hell, most of them are anyway so you wouldnt even have to pay for their drugs) for a truely authentic feel.
I imagine it to be of the calibre of "Springtime for Hitler" from the producers - so bad that people think it is hilarious and it becomes a big hit.

I thought it would make a good title for a movie, except in the school everybody is stoned. I would have to pad it out with some jokes but the idea seems sound in principal.
