My body clock is firmly set to sleep heavily from 23.30 to 05.30 but I am capable of having some lovely naps whenever the opportunity arises. If I have something special on the following day or have the slightest bit of alcohol you can guarantee I'll sleep badly and look rough. 🙁

Someone on Radio 4 was advocating taking little rests throughout the day after ninety minutes of work. This is of course based on the assumption that all people work in offices, under artificial lights and in front of a computer monitor for great swathes of the day, but it might help someone.
