Oddly enough, if the wind happens to blow against the Earth's rotation
then nothing happens. It's called the 'McWatt Principle'.
You cannot reverse time, time always goes forward, but you can speed it up.
Prof McWatt (1910-1981) worked out the 100 x 100 metre size.
Less than that it would have no effect, any more than that and you would
be in a day lasting only 4 hours which would mean you would have to fit in
Breakfast, Dinner & Supper during that time leaving little time for anything else.
