You must mean make many quick moves in a lot of games. Otherwise I have to take issue with you . My program can make more than sixteen moves in less than a second.

He would not have the time of setting up the positions and even if he saved every game, he would not be able to use a computer effectively.
I would say that not a single player in the top 20 movers per month would have a realistic change of using a computer. :o)
