my head is 23 inchs.....i never win😞😉

well i think we need to also consider the persons height to head size
i am 6 foot 4 inches with a 2 foot dia. gord on my shoulders
we could have some 2 foot dia. heads on 4 foot tall players
now that is like a george lopez sized head

Have you guys measured your sphincters to see if there may be a proper fit here?

i myself am several feet, 12 or so, and i have been to the doctor already and he just says that i need to learn to work on using mearuring tape better
