getting back to the point of the thread, as i read it: the forum is better off without those two flooding it, and it is because most others exercise restraint. there are a couple of threads i would have liked to start over the past few days, but since i already have three on page one, i held back. i might add to the original comment, which was about posting / thread-starting floods, that others here also don't try to use the forum as their own personal soapbox - something that, i have to say, VR doesn't do.

I just love this post - you don't see my name 7 times in a row.

Sorry me old mate Phlabibit, but it is original and has mirth.

If you're in 'friend group' or "clique beach mode" just remember all members of those groups (as if they even exist at all) don't always agree either... there are just a few users here that think The Community is a single mind designed to agree on all topics.

That's not true. It to participate in the forums.

Now you try for a 'Sheep Group'. Good luck.

P-
Why on earth did you try to defend yourself? 😲😲😲

Did you take my words seriously?

OMB, I offended you?

Baa Humbug!

I don't need a sheep group Phlab, I am my own crazy entity, and everybody knows it!

I have my chess playing group, and my off-loading group, which I rarely use, as I off load with my wife as often as I can.

Keep Your Strings On Lad! 😳😳........... 😉

Edit: Two commas I didn't need there, in English grammar of course. First person to spot them gets a free Coral bet, care of Hucks! 😀

Well, if you're intent in getting back to the intent of the thread, it still stands as pathetic posturing. Why start a thread focusing on someone who cannot defend himself? Phlabby felt sooooo strongly about the sbuject, i.e., his hatred of all things GB, he felt compelled to start a thread about him?

Get a life... or maybe, post another self-contradictory song about how GB's the last thing on your mind!

1. Phlab made a valid point - the forum was being smothered by those two, and the practices he mentioned, and other posters were losing interest and drifting away. now people seem to be returning, and the forum might be starting to flourish. btw, another thread has been started along the same lines, so you'd better go fight that fire for old Bobby;

2. Even if GB could post to defend himself, history shows that he will either try to imply that the fault actually lies in the accuser with one of those comedy '______ noted.' posts, or rabbit on about being a member in good standing with an entitlement to post blah blah blah. inability to accept responsibility for one's actions, an inflated sense of entitlement, and excessive self-pity are all indications of an immature psyche;

3. Just write a poem to the guy expressing your undying adoration, for chrissakes. Please post it here for comedic reasons. Rookie might help you with the technical aspects, if you ask him nicely.

I highly recommend this post, not for the content (which I disagree with) I agree with Freaky. I am simply impressed with your acceptance of the Capitalist ideal.

i'm surprised you take such an interest in the matter, given that you were only born on 19 April, and GB has spent a fair proportion of the time since in Coventry. or should that be 're-born'? are you 'born again'?

The matter of using English correctly is of universal interest.

If Phlabby is so intent on making valid points, why not just continue toeing the company line by banning GB for improper use of a semi-colon and whatnot?

Again, I implore you and you and you and you over there in the corner, peeking out from behind the curtain: get a freaking life.
