I thought you had alerted that thread yourself and were happy that it was removed? http://www.timeforchess.com/board/showthread.php?threadid=87613#post_1651919
So what is the difference between hiding a thread and removing a thread? Is there a difference? I've often wondered what happens to all that information. Because it looks like to much good is lost along with the bad when an entire thread is gone, history vanishes. To think someone could come up with the actual solution for why the sky is blue and then here comes CFT and all that is lost for eternity. Has this ever been discussed?

I was replying to a post that got modded whilst I typed once, and when I clicked submit I found myself "on the porch" - in that where this thread has then "general" image top left, my reply had the "forum mod thread dump" image instead - although I couldn't navigate to anywhere else within this forum, so it's secure and was just a blip.

Hidden = mod accountability.

Thanks though that kind of cleared that up in my mind, it is good to understand what happens.
